27If trust property includes a leasehold interest in property, the vesting of a joint tenancy interest in a trustee in accordance with section 26
(a)
does not require the consent of the lessor,
(b)
is not a breach of any provision of the lease that prohibits or restricts the disposition of the lessee’s interest in the leasehold property, and
(c)
does not give rise to any forfeiture, right of re-entry or other claim under the lease.
